Used Yamaha Pair F350XSA 350HP Outboard for Sale
Buy a matched pair of used Yamaha F350XSA outboards for sale online, twin 2024 350HP V8s on 25 inch shafts. A current model year pair with a season of hours on them is the shortest route to 700 horsepower without paying for two new engines, and the XSA designation means these are the offshore configuration rather than a performance variant. At this age the rigging, controls and displays are all current, so a boat with a modern Yamaha helm takes them without adaptation. Send us the hull, the transom height and what is presently on the transom and we will confirm the fit before anything is agreed.
Supplied with
- Engine, cowling and mounting hardware, factory assembled
- Owner manual, warranty booklet and registration certificate
- Propeller not included on engines from 40hp up, pitched to order on request
- Remote control box, cables and rigging tube available as an add on
- First service kit available at checkout, oil filter and gear oil
Not sure on shaft length
Measure vertically from the top of the transom to the lowest point of the hull. Fifteen inches takes a short shaft, twenty inches a long shaft, twenty five inches an extra long. This engine is an extra long shaft, 25in.
A current model year pair of Yamaha F350s
Buying a one year old matched pair is a narrow opportunity: it needs a boat that was repowered or sold on quickly, and it does not come up often at this output.
What it gets you is the whole depreciation step on two engines at once, with current rigging standards intact. No adapting a modern helm to older electronics, no hunting for superseded parts, no compatibility question about displays.
Four hundred and sixty four hours across two engines in a season is working use rather than weekend use, which is normal at this size. Ask for the service record and compression across both engines, and ask us what remains of factory cover on each unit.

What boats twin Yamaha F350XSA outboards suit
Offshore center consoles and sportfishing hulls in the mid thirties to low forties rated for 700 horsepower. Twenty five inch shafts are the offshore standard at this size.
If you are replacing an existing pair, send us the model and rotation of what is on the transom now. Matching rotation and control architecture is the difference between a straightforward install and an expensive one.
Late model pair or older pair: which to buy
The alternative in stock is the 2011 Yamaha Pair F350, which carries almost identical hours at a fraction of the year.
The decision is about your helm, not about the engines. A boat already running modern Yamaha digital controls will install this pair cheaply and the older pair expensively. A boat with an analogue helm from the early 2010s is the reverse.
What warranty is left on a used pair of Yamaha F350s
On engines this recent, the remaining factory cover can be a meaningful part of what you are buying, so it is worth pinning down rather than assuming.
Three things decide it. When each engine was first registered, which starts the clock. Whether the cover transfers to a second owner, which varies. And whether the use was recreational or commercial, because heavy use often carries different terms.
We will ask Yamaha on your behalf and give you the answer for both units in writing before you order. That is a better basis for a decision than a general statement about how warranties usually work.
If it turns out there is nothing left, that is worth knowing too, because it changes what the pair is worth against an older set at a lower price.
Frequently asked questions
What does XSA mean on a Yamaha F350XSA?
It is a Yamaha configuration code covering the shaft length and rigging variant. On a pair, the more important question is rotation, which has to match the installation, and we confirm that against your boat before shipping.
Is 464 hours a lot for 2024 Yamaha F350s?
It is working use rather than weekend use, which is normal at this output. Against a life of over 3,000 hours each, the engines are early in their service. Ask for the maintenance record, which on hard worked engines usually exists.
Do these Yamaha F350XSA outboards still have warranty?
That depends on each unit and how it was registered, and heavy use can affect the terms. Ask us to confirm what remains on both engines before you order.
What boat takes twin Yamaha 350HP outboards?
A 33 to 42 foot offshore center console or sportfishing hull rated for 700 horsepower, with a transom built to carry two V8s.
Can I buy just one of the pair?
Ask. The value of a matched pair is that they are matched, so splitting them is not usually the best outcome for either buyer, but tell us what you need and we will say what is possible.

Shipping and crating
The engine is bolted upright to a purpose built pallet, braced at the cowling and skinned before it leaves the warehouse. Crates are photographed on the dock and the photographs are attached to your order record.
Freight is curbside by default. The carrier calls ahead to arrange a delivery window, and you will need a second pair of hands or a tractor to take the crate off the truck. Liftgate service and delivery direct to an authorized dealer can both be added at checkout.
Standard transit is five to ten working days depending on zone, express is one to three. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are quoted separately.
| Destination zone | Freight on this engine | Transit |
|---|---|---|
| Standard freight | $100 | About a week |
| Express freight | $250 | 1 to 3 days |
